A Sensible And Welcome Rethink On Mobility Payments
The English Community Care Association (ECCA), the leading representative charity for independent care providers, has wholeheartedly welcomed the statement today from Minister Maria Miller that the DLA mobility element for people living in care homes will not be withdrawn as had originally been proposed by the government.
