Andy, who joins the main board, will be bringing with him particular experience in senior finance roles within nationwide networks and joins Carewatch having recently played a pivotal role at Nationwide Auto-centres which was acquired by Halfords plc to provide a broader service offering.

“Carewatch is a rapidly growing business and it is vital to have a strong and experienced management team in place to support this development. We are very pleased to welcome Andy to the business and wish him every success in the role.” said Carewatch chief executive Phil Pegler.

With the backing of mid-market growth investor Lyceum Capital, Carewatch is delivering a major consolidation strategy which includes supporting strategic acquisitions and operational investment.
